Usage Breakdown
See requests by:
- App — Which apps are using the most
- Endpoint — Which APIs are called most
- Day — Daily usage patterns
Usage Alerts
Get notified before hitting limits:

| 80% Warning | Email when 80% of quota used |
| 90% Warning | Email + dashboard alert at 90% |
| 100% Limit | Requests blocked, notification sent |
Configuring Alerts
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Enable/disable email alerts
- Add additional recipients
Upgrading Your Plan
Instant upgrade: Plan changes take effect immediately. You’re charged prorated for the remainder of the billing period.
To Upgrade:
- Go to Billing
- Click “Upgrade Plan”
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment details (if first time)
- Confirm upgrade
What Happens:
- New limits apply immediately
- Prorated charge for remaining days
- Next full charge on renewal date
Downgrading
To Downgrade:
- Go to Billing
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm downgrade
What Happens:
- New limits apply at next billing period
- Current period continues at current plan
- No refunds for unused time
Check limits: Ensure your usage fits the new plan. Requests over the limit will be blocked.
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click “Add Card”
- Enter card details (secured by Stripe)
- Click Save
Updating Card
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click “Update” on the card
- Enter new details
- Click Save
Removing Card
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click “Remove”
- Confirm removal
Secure payments: All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Billing → Invoices
- See all past invoices
- Click any invoice to download PDF
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Billing period
- Plan and usage
- Amount charged
- Payment status

Overage Handling
What Happens at 100%?
When you hit your request limit:
- Requests blocked — API calls return
429 Too Many Requests - Alert sent — Email notification to admins
- Dashboard warning — Clear indicator in UI

Cancellation
To Cancel:
- Go to Billing
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens:
- Access continues until period end
- Downgrades to free tier after
- Data retained for 30 days
- Can reactivate anytime
Troubleshooting
”Payment failed”
- Check card has sufficient funds
- Verify card hasn’t expired
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank
”Requests blocked”
- Check if you’ve hit your limit
- Upgrade your plan
- Wait for next billing period
”Invoice not received”
- Check spam folder
- Verify email address in settings
- Download from Billing page
